Many customers call about phones that unexpectedly got wet during their vacations to Waikiki. This young lady called to tell me that while at the beach a wave suddenly got her phone soaked and afterwards lines appeared on her display making it not work properly. I told her no problem and met her at the Hilton where I fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes time so that she was able to enjoy her vacation without the hassle of bringing her phone to a physical location.
